This component is the cornerstone of our popular Superperformance Executive Coach program, and is designed for individuals who want to experience Superperformance principles in practice, acquire super coach capabilities, coach others, or begin the journey to become an executive Super Coach. Based in Servant Leadership, Super Coach certification is designed to provide participants with a process and method for accelerating dramatic and measurable coachee transformation based on the coachee’s unique goals and priorities. Based on several decades of successful application of the Super Coaching Model, this program will provide participants with new awareness and understanding for 50 key competencies for Superperforming Leadership, and help them to apply this new learning and and these behaviors to coach current projects, initiatives and other key deliverables for super outcomes. Participants immediately making effective and practical use of what they gain – in their world of real business challenges and in their personal lives.
The program is designed to equip you with new skills, methods, and knowledge for Superperformance applied at the managerial level, as well as provide you a framework for coaching teams, high potential individuals, and others. Central to the process is a deep understanding for the polar-complementarity principle, the mainstay of Superperformance, applied through Corpus Optima’s unique Superperformance Coaching Model, one of its most powerful expressions.

He has a degrees in Industrial Engineering and Human Resource Management. Don is versed in Strategic Planning Process, Strategic Planning Process, Organizational Development, Lean Production Control, Leadership Development, Workflow Management, Multi-site Operations, and Matrix Team Management. Don is a Corpus Optima Executive Coach, and certified in Demand Flow Technology and Just in Time Development, as well as a member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers. He has extensive experience leading multi-cultural teams in implementing projects and producing outstanding results. He is passionate about inspiring and motivating people to unlock their full potential, in alignment with enterprise goals and objectives.
