This valuable certification program is designed to equip change agents with new models, skills, and methods for provoking super change, as well as lay out a simple roadmap to bring about a second-order change in any intelligent system. Central to the process is a new understanding for the physics of transformation, to supplant outdated traditional approaches to organization change management. This understanding is based on (1) the actual physics of transformation, (2) state change that occurs every day in the world around us, and (3) examples of real transformation to Superperformance from a wide array of people, teams, projects, and companies. Participants will come away with a Super Change Model and Toolset for application to any worthwhile corporate adventure or cause.
This component is the cornerstone of our popular Superperformance Executive Coach program, and is designed for individuals who want to (1) apply Superperformance on a personal level, (2) coach individuals and teams for Superperformance, and/or (3) begin the journey to become an Executive Super Coach. Based in Servant Leadership, Super Coach certification provides participants with a process and method for accelerating dramatic and measurable coachee transformation based on intrinsicially motivated goals and priorities, and knowledge for Superperformance. Based on several decades of proven success using the Super Coaching Model, Super Coach Engagement Framework, Habit Strength Assesssment, and Super 360 Tool, this program will provide participants with new awareness and understanding for 15 Key Competencies for Superperforming Leadership, and help them to apply this new learning and and these behaviors to coach current projects, initiatives and other key deliverables for super outcomes. Participants immediately make effective and practical use of what they gain – in their world of real business challenges – and in their personal lives.
Increasingly, project environments have changed. Even the most effectively planned projects today experience some degree of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. Additionally, projects often begin with shifting or unclear customer requirements-making it difficult to even establish project expectations. Not only do these “VUCA” events disrupt the natural flow of work, they discourage people and often irreparably damage customer relationships. Scrum is an Agile framework that super teams can use as a way to not only accelerate production but also deliver co-designed customer outputs continually throughout the life of a project, adapting to change and new requirements as the project evolves. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the Scrum methodology and its underlying principles, specifically reviewing the behaviors of Scrum Masters whose teams turn out Superperforming outcomes. Participant cohorts will function uniquely as Super Teams to apply Scrum in a practical way.
Superperforming Supervisor Certification is a new competency-based development experience designed to equip new and traditional managers with 21st Century servant leadership-based coaching skills, an end-to-end framework for process improvement and transformation, and a tool set for catalyzing breakaway change. The system’s strength lies in a proven design for quickly creating an unprecedented, second-order level of capability in these three pivotal areas. The result is a highly capable, supercharged community of people who can energize the culture, amplify improvement, and apply new capabilities to achieving and sustaining Superperformance.
The certification program is designed to equip participants with new skills, methods, and knowledge for the process side of Superperformance, as well as provide a simple but comprehensive framework for 21st Century operations excellence-one that participants can apply at the project, function, or enterprise level to revolutionize performance. Central to the learning is a fresh understanding for how organizations, functions, and projects operate as living systems. It brings alive many traditonal systems thinking concepts, including purpose, flow, interdependence of parts, and emergence. Through systematic completion of over 25 integrated charts and processes, participants will implement an end-to-end system of Five Activities for Operations Excellence. In addition, participants will review Deming’s famous System of Profound Knowledge for Optimization of a System as it relates to Superperformance, tracing the evolution of management science from a Machine to Organism View.
